D-Wade Ball Wrap Series Part 2



Suggested workout: Ball Handling and hand speed

  • 30 Reps or 30 seconds  Left to Right, move the ball under the right leg
  • 30 Reps or 30 seconds Right to Left, move the ball under the left leg.
How long should you do this? Do it "UNTIL".  Do it until you master it!
