Stationary Ball Handling

My question is this. Do you have two basketballs? If you don't let me know. The best way to development your weak hand is with two ball basketball drills. I normally do each drill for 30 repetitions or 30 seconds. When I want to change up my workout, I put on my Weighted Agility Gloves.  My best advice is to do each drill until you master them or until your arms fall off. Just kidding!


2 Ball Drills

  1. Same
  2. Alternate
  3. High/Low
  4. Both High/Both Low
  5. Crossovers
  6. Between the legs
  7. Between the leg/crossover
  8. Crossover/behind the back
  9. North/South
  10. East/West 
  11. X dribbles

1 Ball Dribble Moves On the Move
  1. Crossover
  2. Behind the Back
  3. In & Out
  4. Between the Legs 
These are your BASIC bribble moves.  Every two or three dribbles you should make a dribble move. (Example: 1-2 Crossover or 1-2-3 In & Out).  Practice this everyday. Change of Speed and change of direction is how you beat your defender.

1 Ball Dribbling Double Moves
  1. Behind the Back/Crossover
  2. Between the Legs/Crossover
  3. Between the Legs/Behind the Back
  4. In & Out/Crossover
