50 Form Shots ( off the backboard ) 
50 Free throw makes
50 3 pointer makes

Skill Set:
D-Wade Ball Wraps part 1 ( focus on Speed/Ball Handling, and Hand/Eye coordination)

Footwork:

Jump rope - Side to side - Front to Back 3x30 seconds
